Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will strive to provide you an excellent customer service! Bazaari refund & return policy has been designed to serve you with the best experience, in addition to the rights that you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

We understand that the product purchased online may not reflect what you have in mind.  If you have a change of mind on a purchase, Bazaari will exchange your item or refund your original purchase price in form of store credits provided that:

    - You return the item within 30 days from the date of your order.
    - Send us a copy of the invoice (receipt) when you return the item.
    - The item is in the original resalable condition; the item still has all original tags/labels intact, has not been worn, altered and/or washed.
    - The item has not been damaged whilst in customer’s possession.

Items on Sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change-of-mind except where the item is faulty (please refer to faulty item returns below).

A re-stock processing fees of $10 will be applied to the refund amount for change of mind returns.

You can exchange for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned. It can be for the same model or different model and/or size. If the product you wish to exchange for is not available, Bazaari will be in touch to discuss other alternatives.

Please email us at info@Bazaari.com.au within the timeframe and we will advise you on the return process and return address. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, Bazaari reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change-of-mind items.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS:

Bazaari will offer exchange or credit on any faulty items purchased from Bazaari website provided that:

    - The item has genuine manufacturing damage/ defect

Bazaari will exchange with another item of your selection of the same value of the purchase price of the item. You may also choose to have it refunded in store credits for future use or if you wish, Bazaari will refund the full payment to the original card used for purchase.

The return process will be started if you meet the following requirements:

    - You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
    - You produce Bazaari invoice (receipt) when you return the item

All postage and insurance costs for returning the products to Bazaari are at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty.  For change-of-mind returns, we recommend that you return the product via registered or traceable post service. Bazaari will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit as the responsibility of the returned products remain with you until received by Bazaari. We will confirm receipt of return product(s) as soon as it arrives at our return address.
